Go canoeing along the beautiful Nepean River or, if you’re feeling a little more energetic, experience the electrifying rush of whitewater rafting at the Penrith Whitewater Stadium. Also at the International Regatta Centre you can try a tandem skydive or Jetpack adventure.

You can take a leisurely horse ride through the National Park, or get the pulse racing by rock climbing, abseiling, canyoning or mountain biking. And if you drop by the awe-inspiring Jenolan Caves, you can even have a go at caving.
