About the workshop...

This workshop focuses on strategies and supports to empower adults on the autism spectrum in gaining self-advocacy and self-determination skills to set them on a pathway to a more fulfilling life. Topics covered:
Employment, Diversity, Inclusion, Assertiveness, Personal Safety,
Anxiety, Self-Care, Mental Health.

This workshop is for autistic adults, parents, educators, employers,
